58-Year-Old Randy Gilbert Killed In Olympia, WA Accident

Pedestrian struck by a hit and run driver

Tragic accident that occurred on Friday, February 11th in Olympia, Washington.  58-year-old Randy Gilbert was killed in a hit-and-run collision in the 3400 block of Martin Way. Upon arrival, officers determined Gilbert had been struck by a vehicle and sadly, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver sped away without stopping and is still being sought. Anyone with additional information about the crash was urged to call Olympia police at 360-753-8300. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
