59-Year-Old Marco Trunk Killed In Gloucester Township, NJ Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Tuesday, January 25th in Gloucester Township, New Jersey.  59-year-old Marco Trunk was tragically killed after being struck by an alleged drunk driver when he exited his disabled car along Route 42. Following the crash, he was taken to a local hospital, where he was tragically pronounced dead. A passenger in Trunk's vehicle was also injured in the wreck.  The driver of the vehicle that struck Trunk was identified as 25-year-old Victoria Werner. She was arrested and charged with death and assault by auto, State Police said. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
