6-Year-Old David Lepelley Killed In Miami, OH Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Wednesday, September 29 at around 12:30 PM in Miami, Ohio. Six-year-old David Lepelley was tragically killed and he was run over by a pick up truck on 6390 Jay Rd. The young boy was running next to the pick up truck traveling between 2 and 5 mph. The truck was being operated by 21-year-old John Hook.  The young boy slipped and fell into the path of the truck and was run over. He was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the heartbroken family of the victim.
