60-Year-Old Dawn Clark-Pettis Killed In Summerville, SC Accident

Pedestrian struck on E. 3rd North Street

Tragic accident that occurred on Wednesday, March 2nd in Summerville, South Carolina. 60-year-old Dawn Clark-Pettis died after being struck by an unknown vehicle on East Third North Street. She was tragically found and pronounced dead at the scene. Officials have not released a description of the vehicle that was involved. They are asking for the public’s help and have requested witnesses contact the highway patrol or Crime Stoppers. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
