60-Year-Old Richard Ranslow Killed In Waterbury, CT Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on January 23rd in Waterbury, Connecticut. 60-year-old Richard Ranslow was tragically killed after being struck by a Toyota Avalon in the area of Thomaston Avenue. Immediately after the crash, Ranslow was transported via ambulance to Waterbury Hospital, where he tragically later died. Waterbury Police Department’s Crash Reconstruction Unit said the driver stopped and cooperated with the investigation.  Any witnesses to the tragic incident are urged to contact the Waterbury Police Department’s Crash Reconstruction Unit at (203) 346-3975.
