62-Year-Old Frances Sgro Killed In Hamilton, NJ AccidentThe crash remains under investigationPosted: 3 years agoShare Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Email This StoryTragic accident that occurred on March 8th in Hamilton, New Jersey. 62-year-old Frances Sgro was killed after a motor vehicle wreck, triggered by a driver who failed to stop for the traffic signal at Horizon Center Boulevard. John MacMillan was driving a 2008 Chevrolet Malibu south when he allegedly failed to stop for the traffic signal, striking nine cars at the intersection. One of the vehicles was a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Sgro. Sgro had to be freed from her car, following which she was taken to Capital Health Regional Hospital in Trenton for treatment of serious injuries. Sadly, she was later pronounced dead. Investigation into the accident is ongoing and supervised by Officer Frank LaVacca from the Hamilton Police Traffic Unit.
