62-Year-Old Stephan Rice Killed In Minneapolis, MN Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, May 24 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. 62-year-old Stephan Rice was tragically killed when he was struck by a vehicle at S. 10th St. and S. Marquette Ave. Reports indicated that a vehicle was headed northbound when the driver ran a red light and crashed into a car. As a result of that collision the suspect’s vehicle spun around and hit two pedestrians. The impact sent both pedestrians through the plate glass window of a nearby store. Rice was transported to Hennepin County Medical Center where he tragically later died. Another man whose identity has not yet been released remains in critical condition. Reports indicate that alcohol is suspected to have been involved. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
