64-Year-Old James Rubio Killed In Arlington, WA Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on March 7 in Arlington, Washington. 64-year-old James Rubio tragically lost his life after being hit by a vehicle whose driver fled the scene in the 4800 block of 172nd Street Northeast. The man, James Rubio, was transported to Providence Hospital in Everett. Sadly, he succumbed to injuries. Police are yet to find the suspect driver in this case. An investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information about the accident was urged to contact APD at (425)407-3999 and reference case number 2023-00004200. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
