Tragic accident that occurred on July 11 in Linn, Iowa. 64-year-old Richard Manrique was injured in an accident with a hit-and-run driver at Highway 13 and Vernon Valley Drive when a Chevrolet Silverado pulling a red trailer crashed into a Kia Optima. The Silverado fled the scene after the accident. Richard was taken to the hospital for treatment. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
