64-Year-Old Roy Hill Injured In St. Paul, MN Accident

Hit and run wreck on Rice St., and Ivy Avenue

Tragic accident that occurred on January 28th in St. Paul, Minnesota. 64-year-old Roy Hill was critically injured when he was struck by a hit-and-run driver at Rice Street and Ivy Avenue. Investigators said Roy was struck by an SUV that fled the scene. Hill was found unconscious and was transported to Regions Hospital in critical condition. No arrests have been made and police are asking witnesses or anyone with information to call 651-291-1111. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
