According to local authorities, Rahima, was on foot crossing when she was struck by an Infiniti Sedan turning left. Rahima was transported to Maimonides Medical Center where she sadly succumbed to her injuries the following day. The 23-year-old driver of the infinity was not injured and stayed at the site of the accident. Police have not indicated if any charges will be filed.
