65-Year-Old Carlos Rosa Killed In Brooklyn, NY Accident

Crash at Putnam and Buschwick Avenues

Tragic accident that occurred on August 14 in Brooklyn, New York. 65-year-old Carlos Rosa died in a crash involving a Grand Cherokee driven by Latrell Bailey at the intersection of Putnam and Bushwick avenues. Rosa was rushed to Wykoff Heights Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased. Latrell Bailey, the driver of the Grand Cherokee, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
