Tragic accident that occurred on February 1st in Florence, South Carolina. 65-year-old Mark Rinko was tragically killed after being hit by PT Cruiser on Hoffmeyer Road near Lakewood Drive. Mr. Rinko was traveling west when he was struck. He was tragically pronounced deceased at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
