67-Year-Old Bruce Davis Killed In Matthews, NC Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on October 22 in Matthews, North Carolina. 67-year-old Bruce Alan Davis was killed in a bicycle crash while celebrating his 67th birthday. Davis was riding a bike on Matthews Township Parkway between Sardis Road and Monroe Road when he was hit by a vehicle. Davis, a member of the Matthews Run Club and a cross-fit enthusiast, suffered life-threatening injuries in the collision. He was taken to hospital, where he later died. Investigation into how the crash occurred is active and ongoing. Anyone with any information regarding the wreck is urged to call at 704-841-6792.
