67-Year-Old Talmadge Franklin Killed In Absecon, NJ AccidentThe crash remains under investigationPosted: 3 years agoShare Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on LinkedIn Email This StoryTragic accident that occurred on Saturday, January 8th in Absecon, New Jersey. 67-year-old Talmadge Franklin was tragically killed after being struck by a vehicle while walking east on the White Horse Pike. Mathew Cademartori was the driver of the vehicle that struck him. Following the collision, Cademartori did not stop at the scene and was arrested at his home and charged with leaving the scene of a fatal crash. He was booked into the Atlantic County jail pending a detention hearing. The crash remains under investigation by the Absecon police and no additional information was released at this point.
