Tragic accident that occurred on Monday, October 11th at around 4:16 AM in Elmira, New York. 70-year-old Raymond Hall was tragically killed after being hit by a car on the Clemens Center Parkway Bridge. Hall was rushed to a local hospital, where he tragically later died. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
