71-Year-Old Kenneth Kimmet Injured In Mankato, MN Accident

Multi vehicle crash on Highway 22

Tragic accident that occurred on Friday, April 9th at around 12:10 PM in Mankato, Minnesota. 71-year-old Kenneth John Kimmet was injured in a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Highway 22 and Augusta Drive. Mr. Kimmet was northbound, in a Chevrolet Equinox, when his vehicle collided with a pickup driven by 59-year-old Steven Wayne Young. Kimmet was taken to the Mayo Clinic Health System Hospital for treatment of his injuries. Young was not injured in the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim
