74-Year-Old Daniel Ujlaky Killed In Charlotte, NC Accident

Motorcycle accident on E. Woodlawn Road

Tragic accident that occurred on May 30th in Charlotte, North Carolina. 74-year-old Daniel Karl Ujlaky sadly was killed when the driver of a Kia Sedona turned left in front of his motorcycle in the 200 block of East Woodlawn Road. The Kia was then struck at the right side by the Suzuki. Ujlaky sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken to Atrium CMC, where he was pronounced dead. The Kia driver Ebenezer Mendez was charged with misdemeanor death by a vehicle and unsafe movement. The investigation into the crash is active and ongoing. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
