The victims were in a Ford Taurus that was allegedly hit by a Dodge Durango driven by 21-year-old Sebastian Macias. Authorities said that the Durango had been traveling southbound on Soncy at a high rate of speed. Sadly, Hancock was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
