79-Year-Old Patricia Wingo Killed In Gaines, TX Accident

Collision on US Highway 62

Tragic accident that occurred on October 9 in Gaines, Texas.  79-year-old Patricia Wingo lost her life when a northbound GMC Sierra crossed the centerline and collided with her 2016 Toyota RAV4 on U.S. Highway 62. Wingo was transported to Brownfield Regional Medical Center where she succumbed to injuries. On Tuesday, the GMC driver, Brian Alejandro Armendariz, was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
