80-Year-Old Katherine Johnson Killed In New Summerfield, TX Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on Saturday, April 24 in New Summerfield, Texas. 80-year-old Katherine Johnson was tragically killed in a head on crash that killed four other people. The crash occurred when a Chevy Impala traveling westbound on US 79 traveled into the eastbound lane. The Chevy, driven by 52-year-old Ronald Williams, then struck the Saturn Ms. Johnson was a passenger in. Three people traveling inside of the Chevy, including a female infant, were all sadly pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Saturn was transported to the hospital with serious injuries. Johnson was tragically pronounced dead at the scene. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
