Bailey was traveling westbound when the metal went through the driver's side windshield. Bailey's car then struck the concrete wall several times. Bailey was taken to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The crash remains under investigation and detectives have not yet concluded whether the metal came from a vehicle or was from the roadway.
