81-Year-Old Kathleen Bailey Killed In St. Louis, MO Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on October 11 in St. Louis, Missouri. 81-year-old Kathleen Bailey was tragically killed when a piece of metal went through her windshield on Interstate 64. Bailey was traveling westbound when the metal went through the driver's side windshield. Bailey's car then struck the concrete wall several times. Bailey was taken to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead. The crash remains under investigation and detectives have not yet concluded whether the metal came from a vehicle or was from the roadway.
