Tragic accident that occurred on November 29 in Moses Lake, Washington. 85-year-old Cynthia Jackson was involved in an accident when the Kia she was operating struck and killed a female pedestrian along State Route 17. The pedestrian, a woman whose identity was not released, was pronounced dead at the scene. WSP said charges are pending as they investigate the accident.
