Francis Boyle died when his vehicle was struck by a pickup truck that was allegedly fleeing from police. The driver, a 14-year-old boy, accelerated and attempted to flee. Soon after, officers found the pickup after it had crashed into another vehicle near the intersection of Fourth Street and Purdue Avenue. The driver of the second vehicle, 85-year-old Francis L.
