Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, July 22 in Lithopolis, Ohio. 9-year-old Ruth Jones was tragically killed when she was struck by a reckless driver that has been charged with aggravated vehicular homicide. 67-year-old Kim Horton was operating a Honda Accord when she slammed into a produce stand on the side of the road in the 200 block of E. Columbus St. The victim's mother was operating the produce stand and the young girl was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.
