David Butcher Killed In Parkersburg, WV Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on November 28 in Parkersburg, West Virginia. David P. Butcher was tragically killed in a head-on accident on the Staunton Turnpike. Butcher’s Ford Escape was struck by a Ford Bronco that traveled left of center. Sadly, Butcher was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.
