Joshua Foster Arrested In Buckhannon, WV Accident

Crash on Route 33

Tragic accident that occurred on November 2 in Buckhannon, West Virginia. Joshua Foster was arrested in connection with a crash just off Route 33. 33-year-old Joshua allegedly hit another driver, killing him. Authorities said that Foster ran behind the Pizza Hut after the crash, but returned seconds later, and admitted he was driving the vehicle. Foster admitted to drinking alcohol before getting behind the wheel. He was also stumbling and was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital. Foster was later taken to Tygart Valley Regional Jail.
