Robert Brogden was cited in connection with a motor vehicle crash that sent his five passengers to the hospital. Brogden was driving a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica minivan north on Ohio 603, failed to yield at a stop sign and was struck by a southbound 2025 Chevrolet Trax. The impact caused the Chrysler to spin and overturn onto its side. Six occupants were inside the vehicle at the time of the collision and taken to the hospital.
