Abelina Ortiz-De Garcia Killed In Fresno, CA Accident

Pedestrian struck by McKinley Avenue

Tragic accident that occurred on April 27th in Fresno, California. Abelina Ortiz-De Garcia lost her life when she was struck by a motorist on McKinley Avenue near Harrison Avenue. She was dragged by the vehicle before it came to rest. The driver remained at the scene to cooperate with officers. Police did not suspect drugs or alcohol to be contributing factors. No additional information was immediately available.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
