Crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on November 9 in Watertown, New York. Allan Bellinger was injured when he was hit by a transport bus along State Street in the 500 block. Bellinger was airlifted to SUNY Upstate Medical Center. The accident remains under investigation and no charges have currently been filed. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
