Amy Flowers Killed In Forkland, AL Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on October 12 in Forkland, Alabama. 36-year-old Amy L. Flowers sadly died after being involved in a two-vehicle accident on U.S. 43. Flowers was taken to a local hospital, where she died. A 13-year-old passenger in Flowers' car was pronounced dead at the scene and a 5-year-old passenger was rushed to the hospital. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) is investigating the accident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
