Angel Rodriguez Arrested In Lakewood, NJ Accident

Tragic accident that occurred on July 22 in Lakewood, New Jersey. Angel Garcia Rodriguez was arrested after a hit-and-run accident along James Street when he lost control and slammed into a utility pole. A passenger in the vehicle was rushed to Jersey Shore University Medical Center, where he sadly succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash. The driver fled the scene on foot but was later located at a residence in the area. 26-year-old Angel Garcia-Rodriguez was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash resulting in death and endangering an injured victim. The incident remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
