April Melendez Killed In Lubbock, TX Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on December 13 in Lubbock, Texas. April Melendez lost her life in a two-vehicle crash at East Municipal Drive and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. When approaching a stop sign, her car subsequently collided with a pick-up truck driven by a 34-year-old man. Melendez suffered serious injuries and was transported to University Medical Center. She was later pronounced dead at the hospital. The crash remains under investigation. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
