Tragic accident that occurred on November 28 in St. Louis, Missouri. Billy Grayson Jr. died when he was struck by a hit-and-run driver near South 14th Street at the eastbound Interstate 64 exit ramp. The vehicle fled the scene after the collision. Grayson succumbed to injuries from the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
