Tragic accident that occurred on October 5 in Lismore, Minnesota. Calvin Francis Loosbrock was charged with manslaughter and criminal vehicular homicide in an accident that killed a female passenger. Loosbrock crashed the ATV into a ditch killing one of the passengers. Loosbrock was charged with second-degree manslaughter and criminal vehicular homicide in connection with the crash.
