Hit-and-run accident on Orchid St. and South 48th St.

Tragic accident that occurred on Thursday, January 14 at around 5 PM in Tacoma, Washington. Charles Mazza was seriously injured after being hit by a hit-and-run motorist at Orchid Street and South 48th. Officers found Mazza was hit by an unknown car that fled the accident scene. He was taken to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
