Daniel Del Carmen Marmol Batista Killed In Mercer, NJ Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on Wednesday, September 29th in Mercer, New Jersey. Daniel Del Carmen Marmol Batista was tragically killed after the passenger van he was traveling in crashed on Interstate 295. The passenger van was traveling north near milepost 59 when it traveled off the right side of the highway for unknown reasons and crashed into a guard rail. The van then moved back onto the road and overturned. A 47-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man, who also were passengers, sustained serious injuries. The crash remains under investigation and we send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
