Tragic accident that occurred on December 13 in Modesto, California. Kayla Espinoza was arrested for DUI in connection with a crash that killed Daniel Garcia. Garcia was riding his personal mobility scooter down Service Road when he was struck from behind and pronounced dead at the scene. The Toyota driver, Kayla Espinoza, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. The accident remains under investigation.
