Donald Shiner Killed In Joliet, IL Accident

Hit and run on South Larkin Avenue

Tragic accident that occurred on October 6 in Joliet, Illinois. Donald Shiner was tragically killed in a hit-and-run accident while riding his bicycle on South Larkin Avenue when he was struck by a vehicle. The driver of the car fled the scene after the accident. Shiner was taken to Ascension St. Joseph’s Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Authorities are searching for the hit-and-run driver.
