Tragic accident that occurred on August 25 in Sacramento, California. Dorothy Baca lost her life when her bicycle was struck by a hit-and-run driver near Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and 21st Avenue. The driver fled after the crash. Baca was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
