Tragic accident that occurred on December 6 in Richland, Washington. Eduard Morales was injured in a crash involving a wrong-way driver in the southbound lanes of Highway 240 just south of the Interstate 182 interchange A Ford crashed into a Nissan Versa traveling south toward Kennewick on the divided highway. Impairment is believed to be a factor. The investigation is underway. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
