Eduardo Miranda Killed In Harris, TX Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on November 13 in Harris, Texas. Eduardo Miranda and his brother both lost their life in an accident involving an alleged intoxicated driver along the West Sam Houston Parkway/Beltway 8. After the crash, one of the brothers exited the BMW to aid his brother who was trapped on the driver's side when a third vehicle slammed into the BMW. One of the brothers died in the second crash while the other brother was thrown into another lane and subsequently struck by a fourth vehicle. Pedro Garcia was arrested and charged with one count of intoxication manslaughter. Authorities say a decision on additional charges is pending the completion of their investigation.
