Tragic accident that occurred on October 1 in Monticello, Minnesota. Elizabeth Walters was injured when she was struck by a motorist along Highway 25 and Seventh Street W. Nicole Elizabeth Walters was transported to St. Cloud Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. MSP is investigating the accident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim
