Tragic accident that occurred on April 15th in Visalia, California. A pedestrian was struck and injured by Eloy Madrid who was arrested in connection with the crash for driving under the influence. The unidentified victim was struck at Mineral King Avenue and Mooney Boulevard. The pedestrian was transported to a local hospital for treatment of their injuries. Madrid, who was allegedly under the influence of alcohol, was charged with felony DUI. We send our thoughts and prayers to the victim.
