Heather Sullivan was one of three people who died after a group of bystanders was struck by a vehicle along Airport Road in the 11700 block. The driver, accompanied by several teens, fled the scene and shortly after lost control, causing the vehicle to crash into five people off the side of the road. Three victims died at the crash site, while two—both women in their 20s—were transported to the hospital with major injuries, according to police.
