James Carroll Killed In Normal, IL Accident

The crash remains under investigation

 Tragic accident that occurred on March 26th in Normal, Illinois.  James Carroll lost his life after a two-vehicle crash near Towanda Avenue and Shelbourne Drive. Carroll's vehicle collided with another vehicle driven by an 18-year-old woman. Both were the sole occupants of their vehicles. Carroll was transported to an area hospital where he tragically later died. No additional details were immediately available and the crash remains under investigation.  We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
