James Ewing Killed In Ocala, FL Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on November 10 in Ocala, Florida. James Ewing was tragically struck and killed by a vehicle while crossing N. Pine Avenue. Ewing was crossing the road from east to west when he was hit by a Hyundai Sonata. Ewing was transported to HCA Florida Ocala Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. Preliminary investigations indicate that the driver did not see Ewing until the last moment. The Ocala Police Department continues to investigate the crash. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
