James Young Killed In Tyler, TX Accident

The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on October 29 in Tyler, Texas. James Young lost his life when he was struck by two motorists along Highway 31. After the initial impact, Young was struck by a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze, driven by Justin M. Tracey. Young was pronounced dead at the scene. No further details of the accident were immediately available. DPS continues to investigate. We send our thoughts and prayers to the family of the victim.
