Jason McKinley Arrested In Stockton, CA DUI Accident

DUI wreck on El Dorado St.

Tragic accident that occurred on April 15th in Stockton, California. Jason McKinley was arrested for DUI after a 20-year-old man was seriously injured in a head-on accident. The unidentified victim was driving a Toyota on El Dorado Street when he was struck by a Chevy truck driven by 39-year-old Jason McKinley. According to the Stockton Police Department, McKinley drifted into oncoming traffic, before colliding with the Toyota. Authorities said that McKinley spent that night drinking with friends and his Blood Alcohol Content was found to be twice the legal limit. He was arrested for felony DUI and driving with a suspended license for a previous DUI. The driver of the Toyota was rushed to the hospital for treatment of his injuries.
