The crash remains under investigation

Tragic accident that occurred on August 18 in N Babylon, New York. John McHale lost his life in a single-vehicle accident on Bay Shore Road when a 1987 Ford Mustang left the roadway near Duke Street and slammed into a pole. John McHale, tragically died at the site of the crash. The 31-year-old man driving, who sustained non-life-threatening injuries, was charged with DWI. The incident remains under investigation.
